LICENSE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW IN A LEGALLY BINDING MANNER.
If you are obtaining the software as defined below on behalf of a company, you represent that you are duly authorized to represent the company and accept the terms and conditions of the agreement on behalf of the company. A binding contract is then formed between ncroam.com and the company in accordance with the terms of this agreement. You personally agree not to commit or encourage any violation of our agreement with the company.
If the company you represent or you (collectively "you") do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not create an account.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND CONDITIONS
All rights, titles and interests including, but not limited to, copyright and other intellectual property rights in and to the software (including but not limited to all graphics, text files and codes) are owned by ncroam.com. Such rights are protected by applicable copyright laws and international treaty provisions. ncroam.com retains all rights not expressly granted herein.
You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software. The software, including any modified or customized versions, cannot be resold, redistributed, or offered as a service without explicit written permission from ncroam.com. ncroam.com reserves the right to refuse permission to use this software product to any individual or company for any reason, and may do so without notice.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the extent allowed by all applicable law, this software is provided to you "as is" without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether oral or written, express or implied. ncroam.com specifically disclaims any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, non-infringement and fitness for a particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except to the extent prohibited by all applicable law, in no event will ncroam.com, or its employees or officers be liable for direct, special, incidental, consequential or other damages (including lost profit, lost data, or downtime costs), arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the software, whether based in warranty, contract, tort or other legal theory, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the software is entirely at your own risk.
SECURITY
ncroam.com is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
ncroam.com utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. When you access our site using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, your information is protected using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered Users in your organization. Your data will be completely inaccessible to your competitors.
ncroam.com provides each User in your organization with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a User logs on. ncroam.com issues a session "cookie" only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session "cookie" does not include either the username or password of the user. ncroam.com does not use "cookies" to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.
It is your responsibility to ensure that account access information is managed properly at your organization, only authorized users have access to your ncroam.com accounts. ncroam.com is not responsible for any actions as a result of unsupervised account access.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
ncroam.com does not sell nor share in any way the information or data added to the system which belongs to its users and their clients. In addition, ncroam.com does not disseminate or sell any data about you or your organization without your explicit consent.
